In 2010 our Founder envisioned developing a better Jamaica through 'helping the less fortunate.'
We believe focusing on the empowerment of the youth will provide long-term transformational effects in the development of the nation.

Our Board of Directors provides strategic direction to the organization enabling it to meet its objectives. The Board is headed by the Founder, Reverend Wellesley Blair, and Chairman, Mr. Katus Watson.

The other members of the board include Tawana Gray, Yvonne Blair, Veon Moodie, Beverly Blair-Morris, Josette Benjamin and Ainsley Blair.
The initiatives of UHOH are carried out by a dedicated group of volunteers who are themselves passionate about Jamaica, the development of the education sector, and the alleviation of poverty through empowerment.
