Our values underpin how we work as an organization and as individuals within it.
We take personal responsibility for using our resources as well as those of our partners, volunteers, and donors efficiently to achieve measurable results. We pride ourselves on being accountable to supporters, partners, and children.
We will inspire our children to dream big, work hard, be respectful and take pride in using the resources that they have received to better themselves as well as their families, communities, and by extension, the nation.
We aspire to live to the highest standards of personal honesty and decorum; we commit to having an uncompromised reputation as we act in the best interests of all volunteers, beneficiaries, and partners
